Like every flower we painted, every residential club grows a little differently.

At our recent QCMS team-building session, we all started with the same canvas, the same paints, and the same instructions.

Yet somehow, no two flowers looked alike.

Some were bold. Some were delicate. Some...let's just say they had a personality all of their own!

It was a fun reminder that the same applies to the residential clubs we support every day. Every community has its own character, their respective boards and committees have their own way of working, and every resident helps shape the bigger picture.

Our role isn't to make every facility look and operate exactly the same, it's to help each one flourish in its own way.

We spend our days caring for clubhouses, gyms, pools, and shared spaces that bring neighbours together. So perhaps it's no surprise we chose to paint flowers. Beautiful spaces don't simply happen - they flourish through care, collaboration and a little activation creativity.

A few hours, a lot of laughs, and just enough paint in places it probably shouldn't have been. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon!

And we're still debating whose flowers deserves pride of place in the office.
