Do you need to apply all 7 chakra potions? Of course not, but it’s SO lovely when you do! They all blend so beautifully together, and as you see in this reel, I applied multiple potions onto my wrist and arm, rather than pull my top up to apply them on my sacral and solar plexus chakras for a video! 😂
Normally I apply all 7 while getting changed, and it’s a habit now that I reach for two times a day. It doesn’t take as long as you would think! A quick swipe of all 7, even while taking my time to state affirmations for each, only takes around 5 minutes at most. I’m all about making it easy to connect with yourself, which is ultimately what these Rituals are for.
