A few highlights from the past week!
On Tuesday we headed to Schnitz for lunch for a delicious feed. On Wednesday we headed to bunyip by train to explore!
Thursday we headed to swimming!
Saturday 2 of our participant explored the Drouin marker, then headed down to the island. 
It was a great week!

Lots of fun and laughter was had in the last 2 weeks. Lots of new memories made and new experiences unlocked.

✨We have been Exploring! ✨
Over the last couple weeks our staff and participants have been exploring Gippsland.
With new participants fitting right in and feeling included.
We have enjoyed
• Community lunch & library on a Tuesday
• Community access train day on a Wednesday
• Swimming and cooking on a Thursday
and lots more fun.

Disability Support Worker – SIL Home

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home.

This role involves supporting participants with their daily living needs, personal care, community access, medication assistance, and promoting independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication skills and a positive, person-centred approach

Important:
Sleepover shifts and weekend work are a mandatory part of this role and are non-negotiable. Applicants must be available and willing to work these shifts on a regular basis.

What we’re looking for:

* Dependable and professional support workers
* Experience supporting participants with complex needs is highly regarded
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and live independently

Training will be provided to support your role .
