ARE YOU THE GOLDEN GOOSE?
It’s strange but we are all aware of the goose that lays the golden eggs and when asked would we want the goose or the golden egg we are taught to pick the goose because it will keep providing.
Have you ever thought of yourself as the golden goose?
Think about it we have the ability to keep providing for others whether that be spouses, children, friends work mates etc but we very rarely acknowledge that.
We have been programmed to look elsewhere for the answer to regular income and that hinders our realisation and makes us believe that obtaining money is difficult.
Once we relax and understand that creating money is easy things get a whole lot easier.
Allowing things to just unfold and expecting success is the best way to become the Golden Goose.
MINDSET TIPS
Most people say they feel lost yet have not got a clue where they are going. Having a destination or Clear Mental Image of where you want to end up is vital.
Once you have a CMI it alows you to just let things unfold and if you do wander off track it becomes apparent and you can get back on track because you know where you are going.
Make where you are where you want to be. So many people are either living in the past or rushing to get to the future, the more relaxed and happy you are with NOW the less anxious you will feel about life in general.
Make sure you give your brain 100% of the data when you ask it a question. Anxiety, stress, and depression are caused when your brain is actively trying to solve situations that do not exist. If you are stressed just ask 2 questions about the situation you are imagining, 1. Have I done everything I can. 2. Is there anything else I can do. If you answer yes and no to those 2 questions you can give your self permission to stop stressing until it becomes real. ( The real truth. 95% of the things we imagine will never happen )
Utilising self development techniques when things are going well is easy because you are actually in the perfect state of relaxation and acceptance to allow your mind to work at optimum level. Trying to make things work when you are stressed is almost impossible so you must work to get back into the feeling you have when things are working well and this is where you must hold fast and have complete faith and belief in achieving your CMI.
If you ever catch yourself saying “It will be OK when……..” stop. When we miss out on things now in the hope that things will be OK in the future we are fooling ourselves. The only time we have any control over is NOW and if we forgo now It is gone. Get in the habit of treating yourself and enjoying yourself as much as you can NOW.
Where you are now is exactly where you are equipped to be, based on all the knowledge and experiences you have to date therefore if you want to change where you are and get closer to your CMI, you must take on some new information. Once you do this you will be amazed at how quickly things change.
The programme we are given at birth is ready to be the perfect programme for success but unfortunately we allow outside influences to reprogramme it for mediocrity. We condition ourselves to accept that we cannot do or achieve certain things and just make do.
Getting the brain back to that child like innocence is a major part of creating success. Most of the things you struggle with now would be solved very quickly by a seven year old. Stress is a man made feeling, no one ever died of stress 300 years ago.
All the techniques and advice we need to dramatically change our mindset sound so simple but applying them will be the hardest thing you ever have to do because you are fighting all those voices from the past and that is why you have to have to start convincing yourself that although it seems tough initially things will change. I call this TRANSITIONAL DISRUPTION. As long as you are ready and accepting of a slight wobble, everything will be just fine.

SLOW DOWN TO ACHIEVE MORE
We are in a place we have never been before and our brain is having trouble assimilating all the new information and the confusion is causing some real problems with many people.
Only a short while ago we were all being swept along on the usual hustle and bustle of life rushing to fit everything in and wishing we had more time to do things and now we are leaving doing things because we have all the time in the world to get them done, which proves that we are always kidding ourselves about reality.
In a culture that seems to admire hard work we have created a mindset that tells us doing something is preferable to doing nothing so we tend to have trouble relaxing because we feel subconsciously that we are being lazy.
The problem with this programming is that it very rarely stops long enough to judge what results you are getting and in almost all cases we find that although we are flat out our achievements are somewhat lacking.
Doing a bit here and a bit there, rushing from place to place, starting and stopping projects, ignoring breaks and downtime is the most inefficient way to achieve anything.
There are two types of action and they are ACTION and EFFICIENT ACTION appearing busy produces a lot of action and your programming thinks, I must be achieving something because I am working so hard yet in reality your results are very poor.
Efficient action however allows you to think a situation through and take the best possible route to the result and one of the most efficient actions is to start and finish a task in one go rather than keep doing small bits.
The other problem with dealing in lots of small trivial bits is that we keep finding excuses not to tackle the more important issues and in an effort to suppress something that is worrying us we tend to do more bits to keep it at bay.
The solution is simple, firstly remember hard work and money are not related and the less you can do to achieve your results is a good thing not a bad thing.
Stand back and look at what you are doing and get in the habit of making sure that your actions are efficient and just see how much more you can achieve with so much less effort.
Do less and earn more!
