As I have been developing a range of strength training programs to match each member’s goals and needs to smash it in their progression. As well as incorporating MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training) methods to help build your own personal gains and improve your complete fitness. As we create a stronger, fitter and better you. Each workout gets you closer where you can arrange a time at the gym with me for any Wednesday or Friday or Saturday mornings and even join in on one of my Bootcamp or Boxing group sessions. Working the dumbbells in your transformation is just as important in building the bar. They activate a number of different muscles as well as isolating in the movement for overall body strength and helping in your coordination and stability in muscles and joints. If you are not much experienced in the main lifts I can help you in your progression in working to the bar in strengthening through machine work and dumbbells in your transformation
Providing members at .armstrongcreek through a range of customised transformation plans. If you aren’t much experienced in the main compound lifts with the Barbell.
I like to focus in machine work helping any beginner in their transformation to strengthen in the movement. As we progress you to the bar as well as providing dumbbell exercises in overall body strength. As we strengthen those imbalances and weaknesses in progressing in your complete body transformation
Always finish off Bootcamp with a fun core finisher to strengthen and tone the main stabiliser in your progression. Join me for any Bootcamp Wednesday at 6:30am or Friday at 7am for some fun and challenging core circuit ideas. See you then
