Flea Factory

Are you someone who leads, who's running fast and carrying real responsibility?
Steve, a Melbourne participant, put it simply: "A Reflection Morning gave me permission to think, to reflect, to dream."
That's rare. That's valuable.
Don't miss the chance to slow down and truly think.
First Leadership Reflection Morning in Fremantle - 6 July.

I didn't start Leadership Reflection Mornings on a hunch.
I started them because I'd spent years paying attention - watching leaders carry real weight, real decisions, with no space to actually think. Not meetings about thinking. Actual stillness, on purpose, with no agenda but their own.
Melbourne confirmed what I'd been noticing. The reviews coming back aren't polite feedback. People are telling me this is something they didn't know they needed until they had it.
This is real. And it's only getting clearer.

At Waterman Chadstone today, ahead of tomorrow's first Leadership Reflection Morning in Melbourne.
Seven leaders are giving up a Friday morning to sit in a room and think honestly about what they're carrying. I don't take that lightly.
Their signage says it best, good ideas start here. Hoping tomorrow proves it.

Over the weekend, I received this.
"For leaders who spend their lives holding space for everyone else, Richard and Flea Factory offer something incredibly rare, the opportunity to step away from the constant demands and intentionally make space to think, create, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose."
- Kylie Clark-Parry, Lyn Beazley Academy, WA
Permission to pause.
That's what most leaders never get. Not because nobody cares. Because the world around them keeps moving, and stopping feels like falling behind.
A Leadership Reflection Morning is four hours of that permission. Structured, facilitated, limited to ten people.

"It was phenomenal Richard. I truly enjoyed it and am keen to look at it quarterly or at the very least twice a year."
This was from a participant at last Friday's Leadership Reflection Morning on the Sunshine Coast.

I was sent this last week. I've been sitting with it since.
