Found this itty bitty baby gecko at work, great opportunity to take my new phone for a spin. It's my new surrogate macro when the Canon R5mkii isn't handy. Have to admit I am blown away by the image quality for a phone.

Had a play with the Canon RF 15-30mm f/4.5-6.3 lens. Not usually a fan of wide angle lenses but this one is crazy. I am literally almost touching this wasp with the lens but still getting the whole environment around it and in focus. Mind blown. Luckily this was an amazing chilled wasp whilst I jammed a lens millimetres from its face. It’s amazing nothing has stung me yet on my adventures.

Peek-a-boo. Came across this gorgeous creature going for a walk to the Natural Bridge in QLD. Nearly stepped on the little fella trying to get pictures of fungi. Always look where you step. 🐍
