Reflecting on the year we’ve had we are beyond grateful for our clientele and staff. Without you all we wouldn’t be able to do what we do and love doing it, enjoy the festive season and we’ll see you all in 2026! #2025

The Thrive 4 Life Therapy Team will be taking a well-deserved break over Christmas and New Year. The clinic will be closed from Wednesday the 24th of December 2025 and will reopen on Monday the 5th of January 2026. The T4L team wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We look forward to seeing everyone again in 2026
