What a brilliant celebration of International Women's Day at our 7th 'Women in Tech' event last night. Joined by 100 guests and a stellar panel, our theme was all about ‘Small Actions’ we can all take for ‘Big Impact’ - and what a discussion it was! Thanks to our amazing panel of speakers Katie Avram, VCE student, Idris Shamsi CIO at RACV and Daisey Stampfer, Group Executive at Superloop. We were inspired as a tech community to be more actively involved with young women at student level; tomorrow's tech leaders. We challenged ourselves to think courageously about what is possible, and we shared ways we've been shifting the status quo. Thanks to everyone who joined us to make the evening a memorable and meaningful one, what an incredible community we have created!

Today, we held our annual celebration of at Cube, a wonderful occasion that brought our team together to celebrate our collective cultures. The feast was a great opportunity for us to experience something from one another's cultural heritage and share a variety of traditional fare, prepared by our team members.

We want to give a special shoutout to those who created and contributed their amazing dishes for the event: Rick, Tomi, Vic, Chandima, Jemima, Anita, Edan, Simmer, Jen, Steph, Feral, Jovita, Parita, Anton, Sandra, Grace and Cait.

At Cube, we believe in the importance of a diverse and inclusive workplace and this event was a perfect opportunity to celebrate our wonderful team!

On Wednesday night, in celebration of International Womens Day, we enjoyed an evening of inspiring conversation among a likeminded tech community. Our speaker panel shared their unique experiences about what attracted them to tech, how opportunities were created along the way and the role of key people in their success. We took away so many learnings and left feeling inspired to be a part of shaping a more diverse future in tech!
