🚍 Employment Opportunities - Sunstate Charters is a QLD based family run business which has been in operation since 1985 and provides private school bus services, general charter, day and extended tours and contract bussing.

😎 We are experiencing the re-start of Tourism and need to add to our professional driving staff. The successful applicants will join the Sunstate team undertaking duties relating to all driving duties which will include detailing/cleaning, yard work and so on.

💡 These positions require a person with great communication skills, trustworthy, great with kids and can work part of a team and/or work autonomously.

✅ Requirements:

- Undertake charter as per the allocated duty sheet;
- Provide courteous and efficient services to the passengers through excellent driving skills, knowledge and attitude;
- Ensure all mandatory licenses and authorities are carried when driving;
- Operate buses in accordance with relevant road laws, other applicable legislation, and Company policies.
- Manage fatigue in line with NHVL work and rest options.
- Report all safety issues or vehicle defects identified.

⭐ Positions:

- School Run/Charter – Professional coach drivers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to conduct private school runs, school and commercial charter work throughout S.E.Qld and Northern NSW. Some overtime work is required.

- School Runs Only – Professional coach drivers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to conduct private school runs in Inner City North and South. Ability to perform split shifts on school days, min 3 hours per day (morning & afternoon). 25-30 hours per week during school terms, however charter & weekend work may also be available for the right people.

- Reliable and dependable
- Well presented
- Minimum MR License – HR preferable
- A current DA or ability to obtain one
