One thing I never ever think would break.

Luckily i was doing 20 kilometers when it happened.

Setbacks.

I used to think my life was nothing but one setback after another.

Every time I felt like I was getting ahead, something would knock me back down. After a while, you start wondering if life is just meant to be that way.

Then I realized...

Setbacks aren't there to stop you. They're there to shape you.

Every mistake teaches you something.
Every failure gives you experience.
Every wrong turn shows you a better direction.
Every setback is preparing you for something your comfort zone never could.

My most recent setback has been the biggest one of my life.

And man... what a journey it's been.

I've learned more than I ever wanted to. Mostly what not to do. 😂 But that's life.

Sometimes you have to lose your footing to find your strength.

Sometimes you have to fall apart before you build a better version of yourself.

The difference isn't in who gets knocked down.

It's in who refuses to stay there.

Don't let a bad chapter convince you it's a bad life.

Get back up.
Learn the lesson.
Adjust the plan.
Keep moving forward.

One day you'll look back and realise the very thing that almost broke you... became the reason you're stronger, wiser, and more grateful than you ever imagined.

Your setbacks don't define your future.
