So Iβm really excited to share this!! Been working on a Clean July program at SpeedFit, and made my first video!!! It was so much fun, and a few areas I could improve, reword to better explain β¦but not bad for a first try! πͺππ

This tends to be a common question so thought Iβd post a little information to help π
As a minimum starting point (for initial day to day muscle and cell repair), your body needs at least 1g of protein per 1kg of body weight.
So if you weigh 60kg this is 60g of protein per day.
If you work out more then you need more. Here is a couple of fact sheets from SpeedFit to guide you π
