As a CMA (Complementary Medical Association) Registered Certified Clinical Aromatherapist and Certified Sleep Coach I help adults, especially FIFO workers ease stress, calm anxiety and sleep better naturally.

I help through a wellness range that I make in Perth Western Australia from 100% pure natural essential oils and non-toxic ingredients, through aromatherapy consultations, sleep coaching and oracle card readings. Combined with frequency vibration.

It's about helping you as a whole person, mind, body, and soul the natural non toxic way.

My passion first begun 12 years ago when my FIFO partner known to many as B was waking up and couldn't get back to sleep. Knowing the love I had of essential oils and the benefits of using them he asked if I could make something to help him. The 30ml Lavender Sleepy Sleep Time Sleep Spray was founded.

Over the years I've helped friends, family, and work colleagues, then six years ago I was given the opportunity to start my own business B Safe Well Healthy.

Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most Public Holidays you can find me sharing the products I make at the E Shed Markets Victoria Quay Fremantle Western Australia at my shop known as the wellness shop.
