Important Update – Order Turnaround Times

To ensure consistent service for all customers, we have introduced turnaround times for store orders.

Our store operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, and turnaround times are calculated within these hours only.

Standard Turnaround Times

Pre-cut film: 24 hours in winter / 48 hours in summer
Split rolls: 5 hours
Full rolls: 2 hours
PPF cutting: 72 hours

Orders placed outside store hours will be treated as received the next business day at 8:00am.

Rush orders may be accommodated where possible but may incur a surcharge and remain subject to production capacity.

These timeframes help us maintain reliable service for all customers.
