Have you noticed something isn’t quite right with the community picture of health right now?
~Nearly 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with a mental health condition.
~1 in 6 couples face fertility struggles.
~The divorce rate is approaching 1 in 2 marriages.
~ADHD referrals are overwhelming the system.
So what’s going on?
We’ve long been taught that dreams are random - or purely brain-based.
But what if there’s more to the story?
What if your dreams aren’t just happening in your mind… but with your heart too?
Chiropractor Dr Simon has spent the last five years measuring heart rhythms during sleep - capturing both a nightmare and a heart-opening lucid dream in the data.
This is a little evening of curiosity - a space to zoom out, explore ancient and modern ideas about dreams, intimacy, conflict, and the heart, and reconnect with community in an open and positive way - to ‘conspire‘.

What is Your Measure?
Everyone is so caught up with 'techniques' in the healing game.
Collecting them like base-ball cards.
Identifying with a particular practice,
A particular recipe,
And out-sourcing their power to its founder or name.
When in reality.
The technique matters less.
Rather, what is more important is - the measure.
What are you measuring?
This is your intention, before the technique.
This is your integrity, after the technique.
Techniques are like tools in a utility belt.
Which can come and go, change and evolve,
However, they are not the 'why', they are only the 'how'.
So - what are you measuring?
Techniques give people lovely experiences,
Yet may not necessarily impact your intention.
How would you know? Unless you have a measure?
Techniques are actually expendable.
For what if another technique comes along which fulfils your intention better?
It's your devotion to the technique which matters more.
…not so much the technique itself.
You can hit someone with a piece of wood and if that gives you a better measure, than use that as your technique.
Technique in an expression, not a cause.
Place your intentions and shared values before your technique.
Techniques are fun. But it’s measuring real change where the business is.
Q: Is the tail leading the head? Or the head leading the tail.
Thank you,
Simon, Tobias & Sorelle.
