What started as a passion for practicing yoga has grown into completing my Pilates and Yoga qualifications—and today, teaching my very first Yogalates and Yin Yoga classes! Now I can finally breathe & relax 😅
I feel incredibly grateful to do something I truly love and to be stepping into this exciting new chapter.

Strength training at 45 isn’t about trying to look perfect… it’s about feeling strong, healthy and capable for everyday life 💪✨
I want to keep moving well, stay confident, support my mental health and be able to keep up with all the things I love — family, work, adventures and life in general.
We can’t stop aging… but we can absolutely get stronger as we age 🤍
Its not always easy stepping out of your comfort zone as we start to mature in age, but we still want to learn new things and keep searching for those challenges and following what we love!!
