I actually like off-the-plan property. When the project, location, and fundamentals make sense, it can be a genuinely smart decision.
But I also think buyers deserve honest conversations before they sign anything.
Because beautiful renders don't always tell the full story.
The layout. The ownership costs. Future supply in the area. Developer track record. Settlement timeline.
These details matter far more than most people realise. And too often, buyers only fully understand them after settlement.
