Last week, EmAGN WA hosted the 23rd annual ‘3 Over / 4 Under’ forum, and what an inspiring evening it turned out to be.

This year’s theme, “On: Spectrum,” invited us to explore the diverse ways design is felt, perceived, and expressed. Our incredible speakers — three established and four emerging practitioners — shared thoughtful, personal, and powerful reflections that reminded us just how multidimensional architectural practice can be.

A huge thank you to our speakers for generously sharing their stories, and to our sponsor for supporting this event and helping us create a space for learning, conversation, and connection.

Beyond the talks, the night was filled with great conversations, networking, and of course, delicious snacks in an amazing venue , that set the tone for a memorable evening.

Introducing Seán McGivern. Our second 3 Over speakers for 3O4U No.23: On Spectrums.

Seán McGivern is the Director of KHA, a Fremantle-based architecture practice known for its thoughtful, context-driven approach to design. His work explores how built form can reflect culture, place and lived experience, shaping architecture that is both grounded and expressive.
