We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys supporting a dynamic team, and wants to be part of a company that values quality and teamwork.
About the Role:
As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support management, and assist with finance duties using Xero.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and handling correspondence
Processing invoices, payments, and expense tracking in Xero
Assisting with payroll preparation and reconciliations
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
✅ At least 1 year’s hands-on experience with Xero
✅ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
💡 Experience in a construction or trade-based company is desirable, but not essential
