✨Lighting the Legacy: The Signature Ring at Barrack Street Jetty ✨

Lighting Options Australia is proud to have played a role in illuminating one of City of Perth's most iconic art installations—the Signature Ring at Barrack Street Jetty.

Designed by local artists Simon Gauntlett and Matthew Ngui, this stunning copper-clad structure commemorates over 200,000 student signatures etched during WA’s millennium celebrations. We enhanced its night-time presence with ERCO Tesis in-ground outdoor luminaires, carefully chosen to:
✔ Highlight the intricate shapes and craftsmanship of the installation.
✔ Provide energy-efficient, durable lighting that seamlessly integrates into the surrounding landscape.
✔ Enhance the visitor experience with a welcoming ambiance that invites exploration.

The result? A captivating blend of art and light that brings history to life after dark.

However, even the best luminaires are only as good as their installation. That’s why we partnered with Technical Services Group (TSG), who ensured each fitting was installed to a GOAT-like standard of precision and reliability. Their exceptional expertise guarantees the lights perform flawlessly, showcasing the Signature Ring as it was intended.

We’re honoured to have contributed to this meaningful project, showcasing our expertise in creating lighting designs that complement and elevate public spaces.
📍 Experience the Signature Ring for yourself in the City of Perth's Elizabeth Quay and see how lighting transforms this iconic landmark.

A huge thank you to the Rotary Club of Perth and Lotterywest for supporting this ambitious project, giving the Signature Ring its new permanent home at Elizabeth Quay.

🎄✨ Lighting Options Australia Shines Bright in the City of Perth ✨🎄

As the Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail lights up Perth for another magical season, we're proud to highlight our ongoing commitment to creative community engagement through the stunning lighting projects we've had the privilege of working on in the City of Perth.

This year’s Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail, a festive spectacle proudly supported by Rio Tinto, Lotterywest, and the City of Perth, features over 20 breath-taking light installations that bring the spirit of Christmas to life. While we weren’t involved in the creation of the event itself, Lighting Options Australia is thrilled to have played a key role in lighting up some of the city’s most iconic attractions.

🌟 Our Projects: 🌟

Perth Council House – The iconic Perth Council House shines brightly thanks to our advanced lighting solutions, which enhance its architectural beauty and highlight its significance as a landmark of the City of Perth. Our lighting brings out the building’s features, making it an even more striking part of the city’s skyline.

The Signature Ring – A symbol of history and community connection, the Signature Ring is beautifully illuminated with our carefully selected lighting solutions. Our lighting enhances the space, helping to engage the community while highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the installation.

Saint George’s Cathedral – We’re proud to have contributed to the lighting of the majestic Saint George’s Cathedral, where our lighting options enhance the architectural beauty of the space and create an atmosphere that fosters community unity through the art of light.

🌟 At Lighting Options Australia, we are dedicated to creating innovative lighting solutions that enhance public spaces, foster community connection, and bring the spirit of creativity to life. We are thrilled to see these projects alongside the Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail, helping to create an even more magical experience for everyone.

The Trail is open for 41 nights, and we encourage you to take a stroll through the installations and enjoy the festive performances, including visits from Santa Claus himself!

A big thank you also to Rio Tinto, Lotterywest, and the City of Perth for their continued support of this beloved community event. Together, we’re making the City of Light shine even brighter! 🌟

A heartfelt thank you to Simon Trott, Chief Executive of Iron Ore at Rio Tinto, for your continued support of this spectacular event, and to Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas for your leadership and commitment to making the City of Perth a beacon of creativity and engagement. Your contributions make all of this possible.
