Young Australians Alcohol Reporting System - YAARS

Health researchers at Curtin University want to hear from WA 14-19 year olds who regularly drink alcohol.

If you want to talk about your drinking experiences with us, you can meet us in person, or take our online survey.

If you are able to meet with one of our friendly research team members, the 30-60 minute survey will be confidential and you can use a fake name to organise the meet up. You’ll be reimbursed $40 for your time. If you’re in Perth or Narrogin, you can contact Tina about the interviews through:

We'll be starting to interview again in late Feb/early March 2013.

We'll be doing a combination of face-to-face interviews (confidential, $40 for your time) and online surveys (anonymous, 50 JB Hi-Fi vouchers up for grabs).

Hi there! We'll be recruiting for the testing phase of the YAARS project from now until the end of January 2013.

If you're 16-19, Perth based and use alcohol regularly, Curtin University researchers are looking to meet with you to help them develop a research survey.

You will be asked to fill out a survey, answer some open-ended questions, and let us know if the questions made sense to you. This will take around 1.5 hours and you will be reimbursed a total of $70 cash for your time and expertise.
