Ceremony By Sam

How to we measure change, the eternal constant?
We give it meaning, we mark it.
Nothing is significant in the scheme of things until we decide that it is.
An aspect of marriage i revere most is the self-determination of directing our attention to the meaningful change they are creating. Probably the most significant act of love and integrity people make in their lives. What is more worthy of ceremony than celebration of walking through life together. Lets live intentionally!
I am so greatful to see deeper than the cultural event of a wedding to the unique personal integrity of each person I marry.

The best celebration and ceremonies have that balance, that juxtaposition;
of reverent, intimate, authentic words about love and life,
with the extatic aliveness of celebrating it all!
The grandure of emotional expression around these moments deserves your best moves๐

Marry under karri!
I spent the weekend fighting to save the karri forests around Pemberton. True to form i stumbled upon more ideal wedding venues than I could count!
There are many reasons to save the forrest and one of them may be to hold ceremony with your beloved under the ancient shade, on great pilbelmen boodja land.

Heres to committing to a bold and sharp purpose
"Here is the greatest paradox of gathering: There are so many good reasons for coming together that often we don't know precisely why we're doing so.
You are not alone if you skip the first step in convening people meaningfully -
Committing to a bold sharp purpose.
When we skip this step, we often let old or faulty assumptions about why we gather dictate the form of our gatherings.
We end up gathering in ways that don't serve us or not connecting when we aught to" - Priya Parker-
