This 30-40mm polystyrene layer will block ~80% of the heat from penetrating the steel panel door resulting in lower heat radiation from entering your castle. During winter months garages can be super freezing first thing in the morning but this insulation layer helps to maintain a comfortable temperature reducing cold-start wear and tear on your chariot.
