Our few of our Dynamites players in Years 9–12 took part in the Game Changer: High Performance & Mental Health Workshop yesterday.

This interactive session equipped players with practical tools to perform at their best on and off the court, exploring:
✨ self-care
✨ self-compassion
✨ confidence & self-belief
✨ high-performance habits

Participants also received a take-home journal to continue building on what they learned beyond the session.

Training is at Matthews Netball Centre on Tuesday evenings and games are Saturdays in the Perth Netball Association - Inc Winter 2026 competition.
