Property Valuers are responsible for assessing the value of residential, industrial or commercial properties. Property Valuers may also be Assessors, who value properties for government tax purposes. Assessors often value an entire neighbourhood or land area at once by using mass appraisal techniques and computer-assisted appraisal systems.

Landgate is Western Australia’s land information authority, responsible for securing land interests, valuing property and providing and promoting the use of location data.

They are now recruiting Cadet Valuers, a great opportunity to kick start your valuation career.

On the 14th of March, the Property Education Foundation - PEF together with Students In Property hosted a networking sundowner at Gramercy Bar & Kitchen in the Perth CBD.

Sponsored by industry leading organisations, JLL and Cygnet West WA, who each gave a short speech to kick off the event, a full house students and industry professionals fostered personal and professional growth through student-to-student and student-to-industry connections.

It was an incredible evening filled with networking, insightful conversations, and a fantastic turnout. A special shout out to Ruby Moors for pulling the event together.
