I stopped to ask myself how I’m feeling after nearly 3 years in business! 3 years guys! 🎉 it has gone fast, & it has been WONDERFUL. Not easy, but still wonderfully worth my time.

Here is some things I’ve learnt 🌷🦢

🌷I love healing skin more now than year 1. I learn more and more as i am hands on with problematic skin & it brings me IMMENSE joy & a great deal of job satisfaction.
🌷i realised in the 2nd year that i wanted to marry a clinic with a day spa. It had to be both.
🌷My clients have become friends & it is genuinely a beautiful experience treating them in my clinic. Its a mutual trust & community feels better than you can ever explain. Fulfilment is high.
🌷When working from home I’ve had to learn to find balance & not be a workaholic so that I can be efficient in each area & not flimsy. I time block and it works. I don’t touch my laptop on off days with the children & the days i do work are BIG work days. The balance is better for my life to have my work days massive & my off days as a mother. 2 roles, both working at 100% in real time.
🌷Rosacea is a journey for my clients with it and as a team we are finding great results.
🌷Ive found what i like & what gets results & i have ditched the rest. Im open to anything but Im not changing what isn’t broken.
🌷I don’t fall for fads/trends & I simply do not look at what other clinics are doing. I focus on mine so that i dont get caught up in it all. Its given me a great deal of joy & individuality. Staying consistent
🌷raising a family & a biz takes dedication and a good slow cooker.
🌷working in my 28 day cycle allows me to do so much more. I run my business much the same. Seasonally.
🌷My 2nd child is nearly walking and time flys. The first baby makes you a mother & the 2nd baby puts you HEAVILY into motherhood & makes you very strategic with time & how its used. I am so hyper aware of time now in every single way.
