Charcuterie (pronounced “shahr-ku-tuh-ree”) may be the French tradition of preparing and assembling cured meats, but add some cheese, fruit, nuts, olives and dips and you have the perfect "grazing board" to take to a friends house to nibble on with afternoon drinks!

Throwing it back to old school with my Mother’s Day trifle but given a slight modern edge thanks to Persian fairy floss, edible preserved roses, and smashed meringue with freeze dried raspberry.
