Ford Territory 2.7 Diesel with a bad oil leak which looks like it coming from the transmission area, in fact it was the oil cooler in V and pooling up oil until it’s leaks out the back of the engine down on to the transmission, nothing we can’t sort! New oil cooler, full service and brakes and car is back on the road 👍🏻

Something little different today, customer wanted the leaking sump plug thread sorted as it was stripped, after hacking away at the temp fix and getting the sump bolt out, we made the repair to the sump thread and got the bolt back in and torqued. Nissan Navara come in with a suspected timing issue, after going back to basics we narrowed it down to a cylinder that was dead, after a bit more diagnostics we found the injector not functioning at all, once we pulled them out we found the whole left bank injectors blocked solid! Carried out valve clearances on a Pajero this morning as well as resealing the valve cover.
Then replaced Rear Wheel bearing that had excessive play.

Something different yesterday. Haval H8 with an oil leak, ended up being a hair line crack in the filter housing where the oil pressure sensor sits. 5 hours later and removing half the engine to replace the whole housing assembly.
