Here are some things that helped me show up confidently online:

🧡 KNOWING YOUR WORTH
When I am posting on social media, I always remind myself that I have something valuable to share! The moment you fully believe in yourself, everything changes!

🧡 TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF
Feeling confident online is easier when you take care of your physical and mental health. Make sure to get enough sleep, eat nutritious meals and take regular breaks throughout the day.

🧡 PRACTICE SELF DEVOTION
It’s important to make time for yourself, even when it seems like there never is enough. Take a few moments each day to do something that makes you feel good, such as reading a book or listening to music.

🧡 AVOID COMPARISON
Comparing yourself to others can be damaging to your self-confidence. Stay in your lane! Focus on celebrating your own successes and achievements instead!

🧡 BE AUTHENTIC
Showing up confidently online means being your true self. Don’t be afraid to be genuine and share your thoughts, feelings and experiences! A great way to connect with your audience is by being vulnerable and relatable!
