Studying for long periods of time isn’t always the best option. It can often lead to difficulties concentrating, fatigue, burnout and a less efficient use of your time. By breaking up your study/assignment work into shorter blocks, it allows you to give a more intense effort at multiple times a day. As an added bonus, if you are short on time, it still means you can be hyper focused for 20mins which may be more productive than an hour session!
