Today we officially kicked off the fitout…
which mostly looked like controlled chaos and “stand here and imagine the magic” moments.
Right now it’s giving before, but trust us… she’s about transform.

Today we say goodbye to our original Customer Service Manager and Head of Morale, Miss Chloe.
Her job description was simple
• Greet customers
• Boost shop vibes
• Nap aggressively
• Secure chicken and snacks at all costs
She took her role very seriously. Especially the chicken.
Chloe spent most of her shifts asleep, occasionally opening one eye to supervise operations, accept pats, or remind us that breaks should be longer and snacks should be frequent. Productivity may have been questionable, but morale? Impeccable.
She was the heartbeat under the counter, the soft snores behind the register, the gentle reminder that sometimes the most important thing you can do is rest in a sunny spot and let people love you.
Our shop feels a little quieter now. A little less fluffy. A lot less supervised.
Thank you for the years of loyalty, laughter, and unwavering dedication to poultry.
