Phlow has brought new life to a once‑neglected heritage terrace house in the heart of West Perth. Penguin Risk Solutions, sought to revitalise the exterior while preserving the building’s original features and showcasing its character in a contemporary way. The refreshed front façade now reflects a renewed sense of sophistication and charm.
 
The rear of the property also underwent a thoughtful transformation. By removing a redundant commercial kitchen and studio addition, Phlow delivered a more secure and functional courtyard for each terrace. The extended and resurfaced rear car park now provides a practical, well‑designed space for Penguins staff and future occupants of the Terrace property.
