Sesame sourdough

The sesame adds depth to the bread, a slight nuttiness and a mellow tang. Satisfying breakfast this morning with half a slice with butter and the other half with pb and jam 🤌

12 sourdough loaves baked for second bread drop this Sunday 09/03 🥰 8 900g white and 4 baby boules. Looking forward to baking again for next Sunday!

Happy with this batch of sourdough. Looking at an even crust and open crumb. Soft chew with a slightly sour taste from the long ferment. Shared this loaf today with family over a ploughman platter 🧀
