This one was a special one! This gorgeous UK family of 4 had been waiting and planning their relocation to Perth for a very long time....and then finally the visa grant came in, and we got the green light to start their property search 🟢

Katie and Alex knew they wanted to be either in Jindalee or Alkimos, but the school catchment for Alkimos was the winning drawcard! We viewed 2 x on market properties, and 2 off market options - side note - Journee Agency is BIG on choice and providing comparisons - and this OFF MARKET home was the clear standout!
