Featured in Business News: a significant Bullsbrook transaction successfully brokered by Effective Property Solutions.

We’re pleased to have facilitated the $15 million acquisition of 927 Cooper Road, Bullsbrook on behalf of the Franco family’s Mimaro Group, expanding their total landholding in the area to 150 hectares and reinforcing the continued momentum we’re seeing across Perth’s northeastern growth corridor.

As part of the transaction, Effective Property Solutions has been appointed to continue managing the asset and support the long-term optimisation of these strategically positioned landholdings.

Proud to have been involved in facilitating this significant transaction for Aigle Royal Group as they expand their footprint within the Jandakot and Treeby precinct.

Coordinated by our Founder and Managing Director, Erwin Edlinger, this outcome involved a four-year land assembly process to bring together multiple landowners and facilitate Aigle Royal Group’s acquisition of six hectares across 12 and 34 Peppworth Place and 145 Solomon Road.

As Erwin noted in the article, this important acquisition sees Aigle Royal become the majority landowner within the precinct, creating a pathway for future planning and helping unlock much-needed residential development opportunities within the growing City of Cockburn.

Transactions like this are a strong reminder that meaningful property outcomes often begin years before development starts, built through strategic thinking, collaboration and a long-term approach.
