๐Ÿ‘‰The final stage of frozen shoulder is often referred to as the โ€˜thawing stageโ€™. This is when the shoulder range starts to improve, the tissue is being healed and we have a gradual return to function.

โ—๏ธNow if you listen to some doctors ๐Ÿฅผ and practitioners out there, they will say this will take anywhere from 1 to 3 years. Which may be the case if you use โ€˜supervised neglectโ€™ as the treatment approach ๐Ÿ™„ which is actually what some of them recommend ๐Ÿคฏ

But, as we discussed in detail during our podcast ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ episode on frozen shoulder with , if treated correctly the timelines can be reduced significantly.
