๐The final stage of frozen shoulder is often referred to as the โthawing stageโ. This is when the shoulder range starts to improve, the tissue is being healed and we have a gradual return to function.
โ๏ธNow if you listen to some doctors ๐ฅผ and practitioners out there, they will say this will take anywhere from 1 to 3 years. Which may be the case if you use โsupervised neglectโ as the treatment approach ๐ which is actually what some of them recommend ๐คฏ
But, as we discussed in detail during our podcast ๐๏ธ episode on frozen shoulder with , if treated correctly the timelines can be reduced significantly.
