Okay can we talk about carbs for a sec, because I see this ALL the time.

You decide it’s fat loss season, so the first thing to go? Carbs. Gone.

Because somewhere along the way we all got told that fewer carbs = faster results.

But then… you’re three days in, dragging yourself through the school run, your training feels like wading through mud, and your to-do list suddenly feels impossible.

Sound familiar? 🙋‍♀️

Here’s the thing, girlfriend - you are a busy woman, you need energy to actually DO your life.

Get the kids out the door, get through the workout, get through the day without falling asleep at 3pm. Carbs are what fuel all of that.
