BEAUTY & BENEFIT OF DIVERSITY

There are different ways to learn. From my personal experience, I have learnt how great a teacher diversity can be. One Indonesian, one Chinese, one Kenyan, and a Nigerian, that's the kind of company you'll always find me in.

It was great evening catch up with the my buddies from work. You can also say brothers from different mothers and country... but what made the evening even more interesting was our conversation after dinner.

After dinner, we decided to take a short walk before settling at a park to have some very enjoyable and productive talk. Our conversation centred around 4 major topics such as,

1. Interpersonal relationships, personal growth and development;
2. Common challenges we face as young professionals;
3. Our cultural similarities and the essence of diversity in a group;
4. Finding purpose and how to maintain a positive outlook in 2022 regardless of life's challenges.

It was such a productive interaction, and I for one learnt so much just listening to Rajal, George and Gavin contributing from different perspective. This is the beautiful and benefit of diversity.
