Real talk: that Reformer Pilates class isn't a "women's only" zone. đź’Ş
It's Men's Health Week - and the reformer is one of the most underrated tools for blokes to look after themselves.
If you've written it off, you're missing out. Clinical Reformer Pilates builds serious core strength, mobility and stability - the kind that carries straight over to the gym, the footy field, running or just moving better day to day.
It's low-impact but seriously challenging, helps prevent injury, and targets the deep stabilising muscles most blokes skip. 🤸‍♂️
Stronger core, better movement, fewer niggles. What's not to like?

Rebuilding after birth starts from the inside out.
Pregnancy and birth ask a lot of your body - your core, your pelvic floor and your deep stabilising muscles all need time and the right kind of movement to come back strong.
That's exactly what our Mums & Bubs Clinical Reformer classes are built for. Low-impact, controlled and practitioner-led, every session focuses on restoring core strength, supporting your pelvic floor and easing you back into movement safely.
No rushing, no guesswork - just a smart, progressive way to rebuild strength and feel like yourself again.

It looks smooth and simple… until you’re the one giving it a go!

To celebrate International Pilates Day, our Ipswich team jumped into a Pilates challenge and had a great time experiencing the control, strength, and precision that make Pilates so effective.
It was a fun reminder of just how much focus and coordination goes into every movement.

What do you think… how did the team go? 💪

Movement means something different to every woman.
For some, it’s strength. For others, it’s balance, confidence, or simply time to reconnect with their body.

This International Women’s Day, we asked the women in our community one simple question:
Why is movement important to you?

This year’s theme, Give to Gain, is a reminder that when women support and uplift one another, everyone benefits. Creating spaces where women feel comfortable to move, build strength and take time for themselves can be incredibly powerful.

For many, Pilates becomes that space - a place to slow down, strengthen the body, and feel more connected to how you move.

Their answers are a reminder that movement isn’t just about exercise - it’s about feeling strong, capable and supported.

Here’s to women supporting women, and moving in ways that help us feel our best. 💜

Taking up Clinical Pilates in 2026? Here's a beginner side lying foot in strap series 💪🏽

Side lying foot in strap is a fantastic way to strengthen the gluteal and hamstring muscles! 🍑

Here are some of Alyssa’s top tips when completing this series:
• Ensure your bottom is wiggled right back to the end of the carriage to assist with correct alignment
• Ensure that you sweep your top leg all the way back, in-line with hips (think about reaching to the back of the foot bar)
• To help activate the hamstrings, flex the foot (toes towards nose) as you sweep the top leg back

This series was performed on 1 Red spring 🙌🏽
