Last staged inspection for the year at Clayton Bay. A few items found that need to be rectified before the next step is performed in these areas. The defects found will greatly lengthen the life of the wet areas if these issues were not found during construction.

Again! NO SUGAR COATING HERE! Rubbish tradies are doing my head in these days. The standard and quality is not acceptable. This tiler has demanded full payment or he will not come back to finish the job. He’s told my client not to get an inspection as she is wasting her money as he has been tilling for 30 years. Both of these bathrooms need to be completely started again and by a competent tradesperson, not him! Substandard workmanship doesn’t even describe this job. Absolute disgrace. No Sugar coated post here. RAW post incoming!! Seriously!! I’ve had enough! Some builders and trades are doing my head in these days. The lack of care or skill is mind boggling. I get phone calls from builders having a dig at me about my reports. My response to them is “ your phone calls would be more beneficial calling the trade that did the substandard work” But NO! They would rather take your money and produce a rubbish product. The issues I’m reporting on should be what the building supervisor should be picking and getting rectified. Quality is not as common as you’d think.
