2 of the big 4 banks now predicting rate cuts next year. Perfect time to be buying now before competition comes back into the market and prices go up again.
This could be the sleeping giant from an investment perspective, the Newcastle and Hunter region. Spending big on infrastructure up there and massive population growth. The airport upgrade is one of a few reason I’m tipping this will be one of the best markets for the next 10 years.
Negative gearing 🙄 if your strategy revolves completely around negative gearing I suggest you get new advisors. The same principles are still in place, just got to be a bit smarter now and it really will shine through having a good buyers agent in your corner. I could rant on about this for 10 minutes but I’ve tried to keep it short and just know there will be great opportunities in the next 12 months.
