Wondering how to organise an intake session with us? ✨

-Once you’ve connected with us via email or phone, we will send you a digital intake form to complete.
-After submission, we will be in touch to schedule an intake session either in our Blackburn clinic or via Telehealth with one of our OTs.
-After the intake session we can then schedule future sessions based on need.

We are currently taking on new clients for both community & clinic sessions. We have limited afterschool capacity, but no waitlists for during the day 💡

What can you spot around the room?

Our team will be holding a Bunnings sausage sizzle this Saturday 31st Jan at Bunnings Box Hill (9am-4pm).

3D-printed fidgets are back in stock & for sale in our clinic!

Our friend Jarrah has kindly donated a range of fidgets to help us raise money for a clinic therapy dog. It is our dream to have a furry friend running around supporting our clients 🐶

Building relationships can be challenging for young adults. Light OT supports connection in safe, authentic ways - helping young people understand their communication style, set boundaries, and build confidence in relationships.💡

A look back on our 2025!

We opened our doors in March, attended conferences, held our open day, networked within our community, continued to improve our clinic, & most importantly, we developed meaningful relationships with our clients!
