The problem with the gutters on Linden Road. The brackets are just at the age where they are rotten. Just replacing the brackets would solve the problem

Theses are some pictures of bathroom in a 8 bedrooms 8 bathrooms HMO. I project managed this one too. Complying to all sound and fire regs. Due to losing my phone I don’t have as mean pictures as I would like.

This is a job I project managed in London. Although I do do interior work, this was an exterior only job from my side on this occasion.

Guttering, cladding and GRP fibreglass roofing systems with £25 year guarantee. Guttering and fascia is normal £250 for 1 side and £450 for 2. £650 for 3 and so on. GRP £90 per square meter. Cladding to be negotiated

Hot tub enclosure and fitting in decking. These are pics of pintrest I've not done one yet buy would love too. I would like to do one with opening roof and sides so it's still out side in summer. I could also do a shower area inside if drainage is possible
