Georgette Heyer made Regency Romance cool well before Bridgerton. Her books imitated a Jane Austen world for a modern audience. These Old Shades is her most celebrated work. It's a sweet, genteel world with surprising twists and excitement. Members can borrow for up to 6 weeks. Come in and borrow or just have a look if you're in town.
