A very pleasing outing at Geelong with Cross Our Fingers coming third. The addition of blinkers sharpened her up and she was able to work her way through the field after drifting well back from the bad gate. Not long until our filly appears on the winners list!

Cross Our Fingers continues her preparation at Geelong today in race 4. Drawn barrier 11/12 Brian Higgins will have to drift back and put in one last big run at them.
Today is her first start with blinkers and if she's anything like her mum she'll relish the gear change - her track work has indicated that this will be the case. Fingers Crossed!

Cross Our Fingers kicks off her preparation at Wangaratta at 1pm today! Will be great to see her step out, just hope the wet track doesn't slow her down too much and she run well

The day has come at last, the first start of our first yearling purchase. After 18 months in the care of trainer, Nigel Blackiston our filly, Cross Our Fingers will step out in a 3yo fillies maiden at Geelong - race 3 at 2:26.

She has had two pleasing trials this preparation and under the guidance of Paddy Pilley we hope to see her finishing of very well from the awkward barrier 14.

It is an exciting day for DPR and all the owners to see Cross Our Fingers run for the first time, so fingers crossed we can get a result and keep the Holiday festivities going!
