Working with we have received planning approval for a new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom dwelling on a 330m2 block of land, with a steep fall, in Glenorchy Tasmania.⠀

The house is stepped across 3 levels to complement the natural fall of the site, and reduce any adverse impacts to adjoining properties.⠀
⠀
Lightweight cladding and shifting skillion roof forms give this house a distinctive presence within the streetscape, whilst maintaining its residential scale.⠀
