Our final Breath Medicine journey for 2025 is at Warrell Creek hall, Sunday Dec 7th and is open circle for men and women to join. Co-facilitated with myself Shannon London, Trudi hayes and Scott Edwards this will surely be a profound gift into the depths of you and all that is connected with you. This 4 hour three fold offering will explore breath mechanics in relation to your breath patterns, nervous system responses and Window of Tolerance.

Wayapa, an Indigenous practice that allows us an embodied experience of nature, us and Story.

Ki and Yin yoga, movement practices that explore the multiples layers of the physical, organ energetics and nature as we are in relationship with it.
