Meant to be on holiday but couldnt have a mess around with the car while im here.
Took the seat out going to remove the fuel tank get that shortend and hopefully move the battery box.

Sponsorship opportunity to jump on board with the 326W Stockcar.

Last season because i wanted to test the waters was all self funded and there was a few bumps along the way.

The reality is living in Western Australia and partaking in a hobbie thats based in Queensland poses difficulties, so with that in mind and the fact were going to try run 90% of the season it would be safe to say were going to need some assisstance.

I will be hopefully approaching some of the local business in WA and Qld when im next over there to gauge some interest.

Hi Everyone,

With the 26/27 Queensland stockcar season fast approaching just wanted to put an update on our plans and opportunities coming up and hoping that you all will come along on the journey.

Your support is much appreciated.

#1 Can confirm we are going again for this up and coming season.
#2 Massive oppprtunity with one of the Premium car builders in QLD.
#3 Old girl is getting some minor updates and tidy up just incase it has to go again.
#4 until the official meeting list comes out i have estimated i will be trying my best to attend 6-8 meetings depending on actual dates.
#5 Hoping to engage anyone or business interested in jumping on board with us to see if we can better our results from last season, please reach out if you would be interested.

25/26 Wrap up

Queensland Stockcar Club Title meeting in Maryborough Speedway what a awesome track and it was setup so well for fast hard racing.

Friday night red eye flight from Perth to Brisbane this being my 3rd time doing this knowing it was going to be a dash to get the hire car and load up and go.
It starts off with the plane being delyaed by 1.5hrs 🙄. Finally land into Brisbane and the hire ute doesnt have a tow ball attached..... "come on i need one thing to go my way" we have another ute for you yass, but its empty going to take 15-30mins till its ready dammmm it.

Finally get to family house and load up ready to go.

Get to the track and car doesnt want to come off the trailer!!!! Whats going on here we just changed diff gears, so checked and they were fine but the fitting was touching the gear not allow it to turn. Get that sorted and cars off the trailer finally.

Heat 1, we draw 9th but due to a car not available we moved up to 7th. Good clean start first conrner go wide and collect the wall lol "ok so tracks not as wide as it looks" re-focused and managed to finish 4th.

Heat 2, starting pole clean start with a little bumping, 27 Jacob managed to get by and i followed him the rest of the race trying to get past with a little bumping but he proved way to skilled and i finished in 2nd.

Heat 3, Told i was sitting 2nd on points so the nervs kicked in. Starting in 6th
Position another clean start try to play it safe as i just need to finish the race. then in the first corner of the 2nd lap got abit loose and spun up and stalled the car. Couldnt manage to get it started again and the battery was going flat so that was it for heat 3.

Knowing i got a DNF for heat 3 i thought 100% didnt make podium but was announced 3rd place getter on the night unsure about the results had a couple chats with our teams but left it at the track.

Was contacted Monday morning that the Mylaps system had alotted points for DNF which is incorrect as i suspected i didnt get 3rd place i officially got 4th.

Big congratulations to 1Q Jacob Smith, 2Q Michael Lawton and 3Q Jared Koch awesome racing out there.

Cant wait for what the 26/27 season brings with afew awesome oppurtunities ahead. Now to hope the calendar lines up in my favor with work.

We fell just short actually, points have been correctly calculated and i got 4th position for this my first season.
3rd place getter was actually Jared congrats mate.

We try again next season to get on the podium officially

Was sad to see it go as i really wanted this dream in WA to take off and race the class here but it was not going to happen.
