Race day today at Mackay and District Kart Club
Hoping for a good day of racing 🤍

The team had a really good day racing today
Robert got 3rd in sportsman heavy
Olivia got 6th in j light
Bring on next months race!!

Quick Monday afternoon practice
Hopefully one day all this practice will pay off 🥰

Today was definitely the most fun I have ever had racing I can’t thank everyone enough that helped me out.

Race 1 I lost a tyre
Race 2 I kept pace for a couple laps and didn’t get lapped which I was very proud of
Race 3 I managed to start turning corners without drifting them and I didn’t get lapped again which I was also very proud of
Final I had a little spin with another kart on the first lap managed to keep the kart going until the last lap when the steering arm broke

I’m very proud of myself for how I went today considering it’s my first time in a kart and first time racing in 12 months!!!

My next race will be in April and by then I will have my own kart.
