This dilapidated roof should have been moved to the kitchen as a sieve and was in serious need of a refresh.
New insulation and corrugated roof sheets to start off the new year, ready for whatever this Queensland weather serves up ✌️

The owners were glad to get this roof on, just in time for all the rain we've been having!
That's this job basically complete with a new deck with handrails, new roof and new plumbing.
Just awaiting for some painting.

And here it is.
A new driveway for the house and a safer footpath for the community. The locals were stoked to not have to be tripping over the pavers anymore.

Finished off with some classic balustrades and an extra wide open set of stairs for fitting all the furniture through.
AND re-doing all the timber closing off access under the house.

Door and side panel refresh for a couple in Forest Lake. Stained glass is out!
